There are situations in our life when we get pushed around, when people are rude to us or keep nagging us.
At such times we most often find ourself reacting.
Today, remember, just because we all have an internal reaction does not mean we have to react externally.
When we react we tend to just make things worse.
Instead, let us be more attentive and aware, so that the next time something triggers a reaction in us , we are able to pause our reaction. Pausing for a few seconds and choosing a course of action will make the interaction better.
