Potato 1 diced
Frozen peas soaked and boiled 1 cup

Fresh coconut half

Soak the frozen peas boil and keep aside.
Heat a pan add 2 tsp of oil add the spices said above for seasoning then add curry leaves ,green chillies, onions add salt and turmeric powder let it cook for 2 minutes then add tomatoes cook till tomatoes are smashed well then add potatoes add 4 tsp of chilli powder add 2 cups of water .
Let it boil.
Meanwhile grind ginger ,garlic and coconut to a smooth paste and keep aside .
Now open the lid add boiled peas to the gravy and cook for 2 minutes.
Finally add the coconut mixture to it and boil for a minute .
Now potato peas kurma is ready .
This can be used to rice and side dish for chappathis, aapam, idly ,dosa and idiyappam.
