Par boiled rice 2 cups
Raw rice 2 cups
Fenugreek 1/2 spoon
Urad dhall 1/2 cup
Add all the above said ingredients together wash 2 times and soak it for 3 hours .
After 3 hours grind it to a smooth paste .
Allow it to ferment for about 5 to 6 hours .
Now your aapam batter is ready .This batter can be used for kuzhi paniyaram and oothappam too .
