Cauliflower 1 big
Cut into small bunches put it in hot water added salt and strain the water .
Onions 2 finely chopped
Green chillies 2 slit
Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
Curry leaves little
Salt to taste
Saunf for seasoning
Heat a pan add 2 tsp of oil add saunf then green chillies, ginger garlic paste ,onions and curry leaves saute well add salt and turmeric powder, when the onions are cooked slender add finely chopped cauliflower into it add 3 tsp of chilli powder saute well add 1 cup of water close with a lid and boil till the cauliflower is cooked .
Now open the lid see that no water is left over in the dish add 4 eggs and scramble it well .Cook it in low flame for 2 minutes .
Now cauliflower sabzi is ready . Serve it hot with sambar ,rasam ,curd rice can have with chappathis too .
